We have always used sustainable woods from managed forests, natural
nontoxic waxes and oils and water based finishes. The Black Hutch Co.
harvests locally, kiln dries and mills our own hardwood products. This enables
us to control the quality of the wood used in our furniture and cabinets. Wide
boards, thick boards and boards with “personality” are all selected and milled
to produce furniture that is special.
